Payments & Credit Policy

All payments for SMS credits, subscriptions, or related services must be made in advance (prepaid).

Billing disputes must be raised within 7 days of the transaction.
Please note that once SMS credits are purchased and loaded onto your account, they are strictly non-refundable.
